SMS messaging terms & compliance

If you enroll in SMS communications from Caldwell & Associates Law Firm PLLC, the following terms apply in addition to the general terms below. These provisions are intended to support A2P 10DLC and consumer-protection expectations for transactional and promotional messaging where you have provided appropriate consent.

  1. Program description. Caldwell & Associates Law Firm PLLC may send SMS messages related to appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, document requests, and similar operational notices when you provide your mobile number and consent through a website form or other documented opt-in. Optional marketing messages may be sent only where you have separately consented, as disclosed at the point of collection.
  2. Cancellation. You may opt out of non-emergency SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you opt out, you may receive a one-time confirmation that your request was processed. You may need to contact us directly for time-sensitive or legally required notices that cannot be delivered by SMS.
  3. Support. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at connect@caldwelllaw.nexoctanebrand.com or +1 (305) 555-0191.
  4. Carrier liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your device, carrier network, and coverage.
  5. Message & data rates. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply; contact your carrier with questions about your plan.
  6. Supported carriers. Our program is intended for use with major U.S. wireless networks, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Boost Mobile, and other regional and prepaid carriers. Carriers and supported services may change without notice.
  7. Age restriction. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to consent to receive SMS from Caldwell & Associates Law Firm PLLC.
  8. Privacy. How we handle personal information—including phone numbers and consent records—is described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it before opting in to SMS.
